Robert Kiyosaki, a world-renowned financial expert wrote a book called, “The Business of the 21st Century” that talks about the subject of network marketing. According to many successful people like him it really is the last form of free enterprise that exists on earth today.

If you’re going to be promoting a product it has to be something you believe in and use frequently so that you’re able to confidently share your experiences with your network of people. 2. Company Leadership
More importantly I believe is to look at the leadership of the company and determine if they are people of integrity and character. There have been companies that have grown and then gone out of business after some time. Establish if the leaders have a genuine servant leadership approach to their company. Leaders that are self-serving never last and negatively affect their customers and representatives.
3. Compensation Plan
Analyse if the reward system is one that can work for you and help you meet your targets. There are many different types used by the numerous companies in the network marketing industry. Some pay commissions up to a certain level of your network while others can be to infinity. Some give you the chance to make money in a short period of time while others take longer. That will be for you to decide.
4. Marketing tools
Many people are not very keen on talking in front of a group of people but can still be successful if they have the right tools to explain the product to their network of people. Have a look at the marketing material and see if it makes sense and can be easily understood by someone else. Having the right tools makes a big difference as opposed to when you don’t. Without the right tools you would be similar to someone trying to build a house with just nails and a hammer.
5. Training system
Really good companies will have a training system to help people who have never had experience with multi level marketing to become successful as they apply themselves. Unfortunately in some companies they don’t have training systems and many people quit as a result. Most people have been employees most of their lives so the right training can help you begin to develop the mindset required to become a successful business owner. It all starts in the mindset.
